When you order Electronics and Sporting goods from our website, you can expect to receive your order(s) within 4-5 business days delivered by UPS.
When you order Fragrances, Perfume or Baby Clothing from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 2-5 business days delivered by the United States Postal Service Priority or First Class Mail.

Our return policy is simple:

Within 30 days of receipt, If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund. you may return any item (excluding skin care and mascara) in its original condition (with the box and unused.) No need to call us for special rules and to get those annoying RMA numbers! Just send a email or simply write a short note regarding the issue on your invoice and return it with the shipment. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We will issue a full refund for the price of any item you return to us in fair saleable condition. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is the result of our error or the item is Defective, Not spraying or leaking). The 30 day policy may be extended as long as the item is in its original saleable condition. Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment centers (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card, paypal account or original method of payment within 3 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

LOCAL Shipping Rates for Fragrance - $4.99

All Fragrance will be ship by United States Postal Service (USPS). Some will be ship via Priority Mail or First Class Mail with delivery confirmation. $4.99 Ship first Item anywhere in the United States, then $2.99 ship each additional item. Therefore, if you purchase 3 bottles of cologne, $4.99 ship the first bottle, then $2.99 is the shipping cost per addition bottle. You can expect to receive your order within 2-4 business days delivered by the United States Postal Service Priority or First Class Mail.

Orders to PO Box, HI, PR, AK, APO, FPO are shipped via USPS. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses. All Electronic and Sporting goods shipping to these USA destinations are Free.
As required by law, all orders purchase, shipped and delivered within Florida, a 6% sales tax will be collected at checkout for the state. We send this amount to the Florida Internal Revenue Service in Tallahasse every quarter.

What Can I Do If The Item I Like is out of stock?

First we appologize for the inconvenience. Whenever you discover that an item is out of stock that you want, you will see on the product page a place to enter your email address. This will add your email address to our notification list. When we restock that item and it become available, you will receive an automated email sent by our system letting you know that your item is available for purchase. The notification list does not hold an item for you, and it does not obligate you to make a purchase, it simply notify you regarding the availability of your product. Items are available on a 'first come, first served' basis, so please make sure that you place your order quickly.

Can I Expedite my Shipping?

The following shipping options are available when you check out. All orders including Expedited orders placed on a business day or before 11:00 am on a Saturday, will be shipped out the same day. All other orders received on Sundays including Holidays, will be shipped out the next business day.

Sorry, expedited shipping is not available for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses. All Electronic and Sporting goods shipping to these USA destination are Free. ALL packages will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. USPS Priorty Mail can take 4-5 business days for arrival to these locations.

How Can I Track My Package?

Once an order has shipped out, a shipment notification that contains your tracking information will be emailed to you. You can also track your package through our website. Simply click on the "order status" link located on the top left side of the web page.

What If My Order Arrives Damage?

IF your order arrived damaged, don't worry we will take care of it. Please contact us immediately. Claims must be submitted to our customer service center within three (3) business days after receipt. You must keep all contents and packaging for at least 10 business days. All claims against the common carrier will be made by us. The carrier may want to examine the damaged package, therefore, failure to keep all contents and packaging will result in the non-payment of claim. We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after Four (4) business days.

Will I Have To Sign for my Package?

Typically, we do not require a signature when we ship your package. However, there are instances when the delivery driver may decide to choose this option, which is at their discretion. In addition, any order placed for a gift card will require a signature upon delivery.

How Quickly do you Respond to Email?
